Canada Life is a leading provider of retirement, investment and protection solutions for individuals, families and companies in the UK. The company has several websites that support their activities, with canadalife.co.uk being the main gateway for promoting products and services. The company has matured over recent years, and as a result it was time to evolve its online presence as well.
What we did
In conjunction with a full rebrand across all communication channels, we worked in partnership with the Canada Life digital team to design a coherent brand experience across all of the company’s public websites. This included a full rework of canadalife.co.uk, as well as a new Corporate website, Asset Management website, several microsites and other digital marketing assets.
Key to our approach was a complete rethink of the UX strategy, focusing on providing a solution that is user led. For the canadalife.co.uk website, this meant providing quick access to tailored content for both advisers and customers alike, with the user in control of how deep they want to explore. Additionally, there is a strong emphasis for supporting advisers and customers wherever possible throughout the site, cross-linking between product related content and support content.
